Testing the early version
House of G is currently an invitation-only iOS beta distributed through TestFlight. Use the email address approved for your beta access when signing in. A TestFlight invitation alone does not enable access to the app’s online services.
If your email verification code does not arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you’re using your approved address. Contact us if you’re still stuck. Never send us your verification code or Apple ID password.
Report a problem
Email us with your device model, iOS version, app version, what you expected to happen, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help; please remove private conversations, birth details and other personal information first.
You can also send feedback through TestFlight. Apple handles that feedback under its own privacy terms and makes relevant feedback and diagnostic information available to the developer.
Your account and data
During the beta, we manually handle requests to access, correct or delete your account data. Email support@epochlimit.com from your account email address and tell us what you’d like to do. We’ll verify account ownership before acting on the request.
To request deletion, use the subject “House of G account deletion”. Uninstalling the app or archiving a conversation does not delete the data stored by the service. You can find more details in our privacy policy.
A note about readings
House of G offers astrology, tarot and conversation for reflection and entertainment. Readings may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal or financial advice.
